• Term fees are payable by the 2nd week of each term or at the beginning of each month for monthly payment option. • Children with outstanding fees will be excluded from lessons unless a payment arrangement is made directly with Gymjam. • No refunds will be given for lessons missed due to reasons beyond the control of Gymjam, including non-attendance. • Class fees include a minimum of 8 lessons per term. • One month’s written notice is required should you wish to terminate participation during the course of the year. • You release and indemnify the Contractors, venues and Gymjam (Pty) Ltd against any claim arising out of this contract in relation to an injury/ death/ liability or loss resulting from this activity. • We aim to ensure that we comply with the legal requirement of the POPI Act regulating the manner in which we collect, process, store & share any personal information provided to us.
