• Term fees are payable by the 2nd week of each term or at thebeginning of each month for monthly payment option.• Children with outstanding fees will be excluded from lessons unless apayment arrangement is made directly with Gymjam.• No refunds will be given for lessons missed due to reasons beyondthe control of Gymjam, including non-attendance.• Class fees include a minimum of 8 lessons per term.• One month’s written notice is required should you wish to terminateparticipation during the course of the year.• You release and indemnify the Contractors, venues and Gymjam (Pty)Ltd against any claim arising out of this contract in relation to aninjury/ death/ liability or loss resulting from this activity.• We aim to ensure that we comply with the legal requirement of thePOPI Act regulating the manner in which we collect, process, store &share any personal information provided to us.
